In HelloMe, a Banking Beneficiary is the person or business who will receive money from a remitter or the HelloMe system.

A beneficiary could be:

  • A customer
  • A supplier
  • A partner
  • Or any final recipient of a payout

βœ… Purpose of the Beneficiaries Module​

The Manage Banking Beneficiaries page lets you:

  • See who has been onboarded to receive payments.
  • View and search for beneficiaries.
  • Check beneficiary details (like account numbers, country, and status).
  • Confirm if they are active, pending, or inactive.
  • Open full details for each beneficiary.

You can filter beneficiaries using the search fields at the top:

Remitter IDFilter by the sender’s ID who registered this beneficiary.
Beneficiary NameSearch by the beneficiary’s full name.
Beneficiary Account NumberFind a beneficiary using their bank account number or IBAN.
Onboarded DateFilter by the date the beneficiary was added to the system.
StatusFilter beneficiaries by status (e.g., Active, Inactive, Pending).

Click Apply to run your search or Reset to clear it.

ProviderThe payment provider or channel linked to this beneficiary (e.g., Tribe Wallet).
StatusShows if the beneficiary is Active, Pending, Inactive, or Suspended.
